NOTES: This macro sequence has the following mods: Alt: Flash Heal Ctrl: Power Word: Shield This is my first healing macro and I liked it because I could DPS and the DPS gets converted to heals. This will rotate through your offensive spells, apply Atonement, and if you need emergency heals, hold Alt and a quick but effective heal tops the person off. Penance triples as a heal, an offensive spell due to Twinsight, and a shield applier. In major damage situations you can simply hold Ctrl to apply shields. It is recommended you always have an enemy selected so your DoTs and spells continue to hit them and hit your allies. If your allies need heals you can just hover your mouse over them and the defensives and heals will kick off. Most heals will default to the tank, anyone else can be hovered over to be topped off. All major cooldowns are purposely left off the rotation so that you can save them for those "oh sh*t" moments.
