Nunno's Prot Warrior

v2.0
WarriorProtectionMythic+Mountain ThaneGRIP 2.1.20Sequential8 stepsNeeds revalidation

My first try at a sequence, appreciate feedback on this! I am by no means experienced with writing a sequence and also not experienced with tanking since early Shadowlands as a Prot Paladin, so there are bound to be holes and mistakes as this grows. Been leveling a prot warrior through dungeons, following a Mythic+ based talent selection. Will update when reaching 90 and doing Mythics. The goals currently are to maximize uptime of Ignore Pain and Shield Block. This will use Revenge at the end for excess Rage and available Shift modified when you get a free proc. Also includes a Ctrl modified for Impending Victory as needed. A current issue I am having is getting Shield Charge to work properly. It has no minimum range and provides a really nice Rage boost, but just won't seem to trigger during combat properly. Definitely looking for help on that aspect. I also include this on Key Release as an easy way to maintain Avatar while minimizing the number of sequence steps: /cast [combat] Avatar

Great, I look forward to trying this. You might think about putting your mods in the Key Press block. That way it will make each of your steps more efficient and only have the mods in one area. Example, this is what I have in my BM Hunter sequence: /cast [nopet] Call Pet 1 /petattack [@target,harm,nodead] /castsequence [nochanneling, exists] reset=target Hunter's Mark, null /cast [mod:shift] Survival of the Fittest /cast [mod:ctrl,@pet,nodead] Mend Pet and then in my steps I just have things like /cast Kill Command and what not.

That's a great suggestion, I had that thought but was hesitant to test how to differentiate between separate commands, if i need a comma, semicolon, etc
