Key Down Casting is forced on at login. The macro engine only advances when ActionButtonUseKeyDown is "1" (cast on key press), and the recurring "nothing happens" report was almost always this setting sitting at "0". The addon now sets it on every login, so a fresh install works without changing a game setting first.

1Key Down Casting is no longer a row in the CVar Health dashboard. It is required for the addon to work, so the addon keeps it on for you instead of listing it as a recommendation you can switch off.
