Clicking Clear on a keybind while a talent loadout was active could claim the sequence had no keybinding and leave the bind alive. A key bound before per-loadout keybinds were switched on (or while no loadout was active) lives in the per-spec layer, and Clear searched only the active loadout's overlay. Clear now falls back to the per-spec layer, so the bind you can see is the bind it removes.

Suppressing a keybind in the active loadout now hides it everywhere. The live driver already dropped a suppressed key, but the Current Keybind box, the sequence list's keybind column, the step list's tooltip hint, and the tracker still rendered the dead key.

Clearing a per-spec keybind now sweeps that key's suppress markers out of every loadout. Stale markers used to silently hide a future rebind of the same key in those loadouts -- a suppression you never chose for the new binding.

The conflict warning when you capture a key now reads the merged keybind view. It used to read only the per-spec layer, which was wrong twice over: it missed a conflict against a key the active loadout binds, and it false-warned on a key the loadout had suppressed.

/gems test with a category filter that matches nothing now prints a warning naming the filter and listing the known categories, instead of a green zero-test summary.
