The guide's release list no longer skips v2.3.1.#
The New in list stepped from v2.3.0 straight to v2.3.2, so three things that shipped in v2.3.1 had no entry: export strings carrying the build they were made on, the per-sequence changelog field, and the verified badge on signed macro steps. v2.3.1 has its own section now.
