Select more than one step at once in the flat step list. Ctrl-click toggles a step in or out, shift-click takes the range from your last-clicked step, and a plain click drops back to a single step. With several selected, Duplicate copies the whole block and Delete removes them all, each as one undo, and a right-click on a selected step offers the same bulk actions. Outline and action-tree sequences stay single-select for now.
