The macro stub and action-bar icon now show the spell your next press will actually cast. A Priority or Reverse Priority sequence repeats its early steps as it runs, so a 4-step sequence really runs as 10, and the icon was looked up against the steps you wrote instead of the steps that run. On a Priority sequence that meant the wrong spell on most presses.

The tracker's step counter counts in the same units as the step it displays. A 4-step Priority sequence used to render "7/4".
Spoken step announcements name the step being cast. The accessibility voice took the step name and the "of Y" total from the steps you wrote while the step number came from the steps that run, so on a Priority sequence it announced the wrong name against the wrong total.
Advancing a sequence by hand wraps at the end of the steps that run, not the steps you wrote, so it no longer skips near the end of a Priority rotation.

1API:GetAuthoredSteps(name) for plugins: a sequence's steps in the order they were written, before loops are unrolled and interleave copies are inserted. It pairs with API:GetSequenceSteps, which returns the order they run in.

2Plugins now get a step index and a step count that agree with each other. SEQUENCE_STEP_ADVANCED and API:GetSequenceList both report the count of steps that actually run, matching the step index they ship alongside it.
API:GetSequenceList documents that it also returns dormant sequences -- registered by a plugin but not yet activated.
