After a /reload, or after zoning into a delve or a dungeon, the key you set on the Keybind tab stopped firing the sequence. The key still showed correctly in /gems, and opening the Keybind tab and setting it to the same key again brought it back, every time. The addon re-applies sequence keybinds at runtime rather than storing them in the game's own binding list, and a loading screen drops the live binding. The code that re-applies them had been grouped with the once-per-login startup work and gated behind the same flag, so on a zone change it never ran at all. It now runs on every world load, and runs a second time shortly after the loading screen ends, which covers the window where a binding set while the screen is still up gets discarded.
