Editing one version of a sequence no longer rewrites the spells in its other versions when a talent replaces one of them.#

Every save, and every quick change that persists on its own such as ticking a reset box, typing in the KeyPress or KeyRelease field, moving the reset timer or picking a step function, read back all of the sequence's versions and worked their step names out again from whatever the game reported those names as at that moment. On a character whose talents replace one spell with another, that rewrote versions you had not opened: a version holding Rising Sun Kick came back holding the replacement. Only the version you are editing is worked out again now, and it stays that way a second later when the sequence is re-signed in the background. Adding, duplicating and deleting a version, and setting which version is the default, leave the step names in the versions you already had alone. A version written in a language other than your client's is still brought across, exactly as before.

The keybind conflict panel and /gems keys now also check the modifier combinations a sequence's own macro text branches on.#

A sequence is bound on one key, and the panel only ever looked at that key, so a sequence whose steps or keypress text branch on shift, control or alt was reported clear while the modified key was held by something else and the branch never ran. Those combinations are read out of the sequence's own text now and checked beside the plain key, and each one another addon or a game binding holds is listed under the sequence it belongs to. A modified key nothing holds is not listed, and neither is one held by the sequence's own variant button. A key held by a different sequence whose name only starts the same way is listed rather than passed over.

A sequence you wrote yourself is no longer treated as though it came from somewhere else.#

A new sequence is marked as your own work the moment it is created, and the check deciding whether a sequence came from elsewhere read that mark as a sign that it had. Saving one for the first time skipped the step that records you as its author, so you were asked to confirm authorship before sending, exporting or answering another player's request for your own work, and the author name you picked in the editor was dropped instead of being kept.
